Shipping & Returns


Shipping Info:

  • The Red Barn offers First Class and Priority Shipping via USPS for all orders in the US.

  • Be sure your shipping location is safe; The Red Barn is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages.

  • You are responsible to enter the correct shipping information. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

  • All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days unless it is a pre-order. You will be notified of all and any shipping updates for pre-orders.

Local Pick-Up:

  • Orders can be picked up at The Red Barn at 106 S State Street in Geneseo, Illinois.

  • You will receive a notification in your email when your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to check your spam folder and ensure you are receiving emails from ashley@shoptheredbarn.com.

 

Return Policy:

  • We will issue a full refund for returns up to 14 days of your purchase date.

  • After 14 days, we will only issue returns in the form of store credit onto a gift card up to 30 days past your purchase day. 

  • Jewelry, intimates, bath/body and sale items are NON-returnable and NON-refundable.
  • Returns MUST BE unworn, unwashed and scent-free with the original tags still attached.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable​.

  • Returns/exchanges can be dropped off or shipped to The Red Barn at 106 S State Street, Geneseo, IL 61254.

  • The Red Barn does not offer return labels for online orders at this time, so you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns/exchanges.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or product, please contact Ashley at ashley@shoptheredbarn.com. Your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, your new item will be shipped out.

Defective Items:

All defective items must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. Once inspected and approved you will be given in-store credit or a refund. You can then apply the in-store credit to another item. Items that have been worn or washed will not be eligible for in-store credit or a refund.
